What's included?
Standard Service
Splash provides pool maintenance and cleaning which includes vacuuming, brushing walls, cleaning tile, emptying all baskets and leaf catchers, checking equipment function, water testing and adding chlorine, minerals or other chemicals to maintain your pool's chemical balance.
1) Clean pool surfaces -- including vacuuming, wall brushing, tile cleaning, skimming the pool surface and emptying all baskets and leaf catchers.
2) Inspect proper operation of pool equipment. Pumps, heaters, filtration systems, automatic cleaners, pool screens, decking etc.
3) Check and adjust water chemistry levels.
Chlorine levels -- we will maintain free chlorine levels at recommended levels (2 to 3 parts per million during the winter months and 3 to 5 parts per million during summer months).
PH level - we will maintain a PH of 7.3 to 7.5 to maintain your pool at the same PH level as the human body. (This means no more eye irritation.)
Calcium - "Hard" water can have high levels of calcium and magnesium. If these levels are too high the calcium will deposit itself on pool surfaces. We will keep your calcium level between 200 and 400ppm.
Phosphates -- which are nutrients for algae, should be maintained at a level below 125ppm.
Salt - for salt pool systems, we will test and add salt to your pool as necessary.
Chemical Only Maintenance
For the pool owner that prefers to take care of equipment maintenance and pool cleaning themselves, but would like to have a pool service professional maintain the proper chemical balance of the pool, we offer a chemical service only option. This service provides everything listed in #3 of the standard service including testing and adjusting water chemistry levels to maintain correct levels of chlorine, PH, Calcium and Phospates.
Pricing
Our pricing is very competitive.
The prices listed serve as a guideline and may be different after considering a number of variables including the volume of water in the pool, anticipated chemical use, type of pool equipment, condition of pool equipment and location. These are all variables we need to know to accurately estimate the labor, equipment and chemical costs needed to give you an accurate quote.
Call us today to set up a no-obligation inspection of your pool and estimate of monthly maintenance and cleaning costs.
